Hi! I am new to my role of Planned Giving Coordinator and one of my projects is to invite our members to an Estate and Charitable Planning 101 event with an estate attorney giving a presentation, my director giving a vision for the organization, and then I would give out planned giving brochures. Have any of you held events like this? I am conflicted as to when to schedule it - during the workday downtown, or on a weekday evening?
I would appreciate any advice you have to give.
